Bring New Ideas to the Table<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Decision-making isn’t only for the people at the top. Look for an employee who consistency makes realistic suggestions for operational improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Receptive to Feedback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your future manager is always willing to accept constructive criticism and make improvements to their workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
