If you have\nstuck with it for the entire time, I hope you are seeing how changing your\napproach can have a profound impact on how you attack every day, how you see\nopportunities for what they are and how you smother your ability to succeed by\nletting the days drive you instead of the other way around.&nbsp; Here is the\nrecap of the steps we have attacked so far:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>&nbsp;Dream Big with no Censorship<\/li><li>Organize and Categorize<\/li><li>Add Action Items<\/li><li>Create a Mantra<\/li><li>Share your goals with Family and Friends<\/li><li>Identify Frustrations that keep you distracted<\/li><li>Make appointments with yourself<\/li><li>Create a Vision Board<\/li><li>Partner in Crime<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Control your\nDay:&nbsp; Now what we need is to steal a\nlittle bit of time to stay focused and on track.&nbsp; Take 20 minutes every morning to assess where\nyou stand.&nbsp; What are the priorities that\nneed attention today, what can wait until tomorrow, what can be schedule later\nin the week or next week.&nbsp; If you take 20\nminutes every morning to connect to your goals and accordingly plan you day so\nthat you are working on tasks that are compatible with those goals, you will<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>feel more centered<\/li><li>feel more in control<\/li><li>ensure that you are working toward\nthe goal and not sideways<\/li><li>be more productive<\/li><li>reconnect with the end zone and\navoid being pulled off track<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Certainly, my days go to heck in a\nhandbasket frequently, but I start over every day with the end in mind.&nbsp; I start to not allow certain interruptions distract\nme.&nbsp; I make staff members wait to get\nanswers ( and a lot of times, they answer their own questions during the\nwait).&nbsp; I don\u2019t answer email as quickly.&nbsp; I get what is most important to me done first\nand then I allow others to distract, interrupt, change my focus, but not until\nI have accomplished a couple of things that will reap benefits to me later\non.&nbsp; I step off the merry-go-round and\nfocus on what will get me where I want to go.&nbsp;\nAssess, prioritize, focus, schedule, complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Control your day, don\u2019t let it\ncontrol you.&nbsp;
